Ryzen 5 7500F CPU IDLE Temp at 50 degrees?

is my cpu idle temperature normal? I've had this cpu for 2 weeks and initially the idle was around 55-58 degrees, in cinebench 82-83 degrees during testing, and when I replaced another thermal paste, the idle temperature dropped 5 degrees and cinebench became 72-73 degrees, what makes me confused is, what makes my cpu idle temperature in the 50s degrees, and how can my cpu be at the best idle temperature
note: im from indonesia, this is a tropical country where the weather temperature during the day is around 30 degrees and so is at night, and my room without AC

I would not worry about a 20° over ambient temp. Even with AIO you'll still be 10°-15° over ambient.

There are other PBO tweaks you can do to reduce temp.

I'm currently in a tropical climate with the same ambient temps. AIO isn't gonna help much if the ambient is 30c. I've tried a 360 AIO on my 7800X3D PC and I get better cooling with a high airflow Fractal Torrent case and a Noctua NH D-15 box cooler. My CPU temps are generally always in the 50s- 60c range and mid 80's while gaming. I wouldn't worry about your temps because these CPUs are made to run at TJMax.

The CPU Package temp is an average over time of the hottest part of the die. Similar to a GPU hotspot temp. And if your ambient is 30° then 20° over that is normal, especially if you're using the box cooler. The individual core temps are all in the 30°'s.

so from your statement, the conclusion is should i change to aio cooling system to be able to touch 40s degree for idle temperature? can you recommend aio budget for this cpu? i'm kinda worried seeing my cpu idle temperature
