I accidentally posted this in pc building so redundancy
I think I am getting stuttering in games on my ryzen 5500 radeon 6650xt build with 32gb of 3200 ram with xmp in bios 4 nvme drives and smart access memory enabled. Everything else in bios is default. I don't think I was getting it before I updated to 24H2. Completely removed ryzen master. Everything shows up in adrenaline tuning. Temps of cpu and gpu and gpu memory are perfect, I checked with hwinfo under load. Thank you very much. Also asrock b550m pro4 motherboard. Nothing is crashing. Also did dism and sfc scannow.
I also did ddu uninstall in safe mode and just updated the graphics driver to latest optional one.
also for some reason when i do auto overclock it only overclocks the gpu not the cpu
amd tracking micro stutter in cyberpunk 2077 with frame gen ranges from about 3 to 15%

The stuttering in Cyberpunk 2077 on your Ryzen 5 5600X system could be due to CPU bottlenecks, RAM instability, storage issues, or driver problems. Troubleshooting: Stress test your CPU, run memory tests, perform a clean driver installation, and adjust game settings. Consider: Overclocking issues, background activity, and storage performance. If the issue persists, provide more details about your system and the specific errors you're observing.
I checked
Secure boot realtek wifi usb and ryzenmasterservice errors i opened services and there is no ryzenmaster. There are also warnings but I don't think they matter? Also when I record with adrenaline it interferes with frame generation it just stops working and I have to relaunch game, I use driver frame generation not the setting in game. I will stress test cpu. I have had issues with wifi dongle but someone posted driver that works and I don't have issues now even with error.
occt stress test cpu+memory for 30 min its fine, just get realtek wifi usb secure boot and ryzen master service errors in event viewer, I opened services and ryzen master isn't listed. On cyberpunk crowd size is set to low and I turned off driver level frame gen which seems to help. For some reason recording with adrenaline breaks frame gen and I have to restart game. Also wifi dongle has had problems but reddit showed me which driver to use so even with error its fine.
make sure you are plugged into your VC and not motherboard 😀
what do you mean exactly?
It is in hdmi :), I use a 3440x1440 at 100hz
Some people have experienced issues following the 24H2 Windows update. Can you try uninstalling that update?
Actually there is something you might be right - TPM. I got Windows 10 and TPM off - never encountered those stutters people speak about. With TPM ON (just to test Windows 11 garbage) i had stutter even in system, but that was long ago, even sound was stuttering.
