RPR for Blender 2.80 installation on Windows 10

RYZEN 1700x

ASUS VEGA 64

MSI GTX 980

WIN 10 PRO

BLENDER 2.8

RPR 2.0.15

I really can't figure out, why i am not able to install RPR on my System.

After having some (later fixed) issues with installing previous versions of RPR, i can't install the latest version of RPR. Even worse, if i now try to re-install RPR 2.0.10 (which worked before trying to install 2.0.15), it does not install properly as well. The directory: C:\Users\Johannes\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.80\scripts\addons does not contain the Prorender-folder that seems to be needed.

Anyone with similar issues or with a hint, how to fix this?

AHA! Someone in another thread ( https://community.amd.com/message/2904157?commentID=2904157#comment-2904157  ) solved it for me.
For some insane reason, it "installs" the plugin to C:\Program Files\AMD ....
Going into there and digging down, there's an addon.zip file. Going into Blender and manually installing THAT zip file does indeed install ProRender.
Hope that helps. What a pain.
