I've been trying to test out the performance of ProRender using the standard benchmark files available in the offical Blender Beta benchmark. So far I haven't been able to get any of the files to render properly with RPR.
Blender 2.80, Win10
BMW - Renders incorrectly, results appear almost flat shaded. Render times measured in hours.
Classroom - Does not render, errors in the Console
Fishy Cat - Crashes Blender
Koro - Crashes Blender
Barbershop - Does not render, errors in the Console
Barcelona Pavillion - Renders, but incorrectly. Elements missing from render (Water, plants, etc.)
It looks like earlier versions of RPR offered the ability to convert Cycles materials to RPR materials is that no longer the case? I'm guessing that the convertor was removed as ProRender is able to directly use some Blender nodes, but so far my luck with the above test files hasn't been great.
Do I have to hand convert all the materials in the benchmark scenes to run them with RPR?
