Downloaded RPR 2.3 for Blender From this Link....

which I got from the official download page:-

But When I try to unzip it says 'This archive is either in unknown format or damaged....' File Browser and WinRar says it.

Then I tried to Do so in 7-zip, which apparently also failed... 

Tried to install zip as blender addon too in the preferences... which also didn't work..

I went to the website again and tried again and again.... But Yet I can't Unzip it....

(I also Tried to Repair it through WinRar... which also Didn't Work)

This sounds like it did not download correctly. Please try to redownload the build from the site.

I encounter the same problem, I downloaded the newest version 2.3 and it won't open, exactly the same issue as re7nep,
Can't unzip the file as it's seem to be a broken file...

I tried the download on my side im not able to reproduce this. for me it extracts with no issues. 

What is the file size that you are getting on your side? it should be 75.6mb

Also try using a different browser to download the file.

Thanks for your initative, the issue resolved itself, somehow only 20 something Megabyte big zip files were download,
I am getting the 75.6mb version now and everything is good

Hehe, I was Getting about 7MB or so... Well, Thanks to the Developers... I can download 75.6MB Zip Now.... Issue Got Solved!!1
