Every few years, I upgrade my father-in-law’s PC—something I’ve been doing since my first build for him back in 2004. These days, he spends a lot of weekends gaming with his grandkids, my niece and nephew. While I’m still waiting on a few parts for his new build (ALL AMD THIS TIME AROUND), I’ve started working on the hand-me-down systems, which has become a tradition over the past five years. The kids are old enough now to appreciate a little fun in their PC designs. One of them loves pink and dragons. Even though this is the slowest system, it’s still pretty rad for a 10-year-old! Specs: Ryzen 2600, 16GB DDR4 2933, 1TB NVMe, 750W Corsair RMe PSU, GeForce 2080.

I'm very excited.
