Have you thought about putting the case on top of the shelfing unit, instead of inside of it?  The airflow should be better.

And it moves it further away from that thing on the floor...

It's pretty unsafe being at the top as it can fall over, plus it would be in my way to access the window behind it if I need to open it. Being on the bottom doesn't affect the thermals in a negative way, CPU doesn't go above 75 and the GPU doesn't go above 59 while testing both in stress benchmarks so it doesn't really matter it has plenty of airflow. There is no issue with dust as it sits a few inches from the floor and I run an air purifier 24/7, I clean my PC every 6 months with an air compressor and there isn't a whole lot that comes out.
