CodeAnalyst has a very important feature in the GUI to view by Thread ID (TID). You can specify PID -> TID. I do not see this feature in CodeXL. In CodeXL GUI, I only see the option to specify PID (not PID -> TID). For some use cases, this makes CodeAnalyst vastly superior to CodeXL.
So CodeXL is a downgrade for pure CPU (non-GPU) profiling? I thought CodeXL is supposed to be an upgrade to CodeAnalyst? Is the option to view profile results in the GUI by PID hidden somewhere? Will the CodeXL GUI be fixed soon?
