fix multimon in crossfire mode
I have two HD4850 x2(4 cards)
multi card single monitor mode everything is fine and crossfire logo shows fine.
single card mode multi monitor mode everything is fine but no crossfire logo.
When using the flag D3DCREATE_ADAPTERGROUP_DEVICE while creating a deveice.
Setting it to multimon mode even when I have the array of present params set correctly my second device is blank.
My conclusion is that the driver is disabling the multimon in crossfire beyond my control!
