I am using a Ryzen 8700G processor but as I try to download the IPU driver and Ryzen AI Software, I encounter following problem for no apparent reason despite updating profile. I will be grateful if someone can help resolve this issue.

The IPU driver for 8700G is included in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.1.1/24.2.1.

What about the AI software which enables "inference" on the so called "NPU". The only component which is required is "Vitis ONNS Execution Provider" which interfaces the hardware with the software, and I've been informed that I cannot download it because there are some "export embargoes" on my country by the United States (for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological technology, not this simple software). What kind of a "sick joke" is this? They have sold me the "hardware" for which there were no "export embargoes" but are unwilling to provide the software. That is why no one buys "AMD" for "AI". I am going to stick with "NVidia" in future and here on onwards.
