Hi,
I understand the need of PCIe Atomics for the HPC market. But I noticed from the ROCm release notes that R9 290, R9 390 are supported on PCIe Gen2.
If non PCIe Atomics enabled platforms could be work for R9 Nano/Fury, that would be great for developers (for example an AMD APU + R9 Nano). We don't need full power to code & debug.
Is this feature on the roadmap?
If not, is it in the ROCm kernel, the runtime or the hsa lib? (having difficulties to locate where the change could be make for a patch).
Thanks,
