144hz Refresh Rate Cause Hard Crashes Over Displayport?

My PC Specifications :

Mobo: MSI B350M Bazooka.Bios: 7A38vILQ (Beta)
CPU: Ryzen 1600x @Stock.
Rams: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB DDR4 3200. @3200MHZ XMP.
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700 XT Nitro+.
PSU: XFX 650S Bronze.
Monitor: Samsung C24FG73 Series. 1 Monitor Only @1080p Displayport @144hz Refresh Rate.
OS: Windows 10 20H2 Pro x64
Driver Version: 20.10.1.


Symptoms: Black Screen Then Freeze Crash The Entire PC.


Issue Reproduce: While Using Monitor @144hz Refresh Rate Use One Of The Following Software For While [Firefox - Microsoft Edge - ThunderBird - Discord - Steam Client GUI - Avidemux - Windows Sandbox - Camtasia - Radeon Software GUI] Or Play Games Which Use DX 11.


I Tried ALL Known Solutions to Fix This Bug Which Are :

Re-installed Windows -> Failed
Updated Bios & Clean Installed Chipset Drivers -> Failed
Disabled hardware acceleration -> Failed

Used DDU in Safe Mode & Re-installed Latest Drivers -> Failed
Installed Driver Only Through Device Manager -> Failed
Installed Older Driver -> Failed

Restored All Overclocked Settings -> Failed

Setting a High Performance Power Plan -> Failed.

Bought A New Displayport Cable -> Failed

Tested My CPU - RAMS And The Fans And They Are Completely Fine.


PC Was just started and i tried to enter my password:

here i was trying to browse websites or watch youtube video:


I Have Found Couple Of Bugs:

*- VRam Clock Speed is always at maximum.

*- FreeSync is still Working When I Enable GPU Scaling even If it was Disabled OSD and in Radeon Settings.

*- Scaling Mode Still Affect Games Even After Disabling GPU Scaling In Radeon Settings.




I Hope This Helps To Fix The Driver Issue.
