This sounds like an AMD driver issue. Are you up to date with those?

This is the latest amd driver crash.
Once I close the prorender addon, blender can start normally. If I start blender and prorender addon with nvidia graphics card as the monitor output, this situation can be started. If I use amd graphics card (RX580) as the display output to start blender with prorender addon Will crash.
I started blender from another nvidia GPU, and Prorender 2.2.1 shows the graphics card rx580 that should support full-spectrum rendering, but I don't see the relevant menu appear.
I also get the same results with Blender 8.1 and 8.2 with Pro Render 2.2.1 on the Radeon VII with windows 10. If I start Blender up with the Nvidia as the primary display it will open up and run fine. If the Radeon VII is my primary display I get the same error.

Could it be security settings for the file?
This only happens after the Pro Render install. Also if I delete the blender user settings .blend file, blender will open up with the Radeon VII as the primary display but Prorender is not available in the blender render options.
This is what I get with error out.

Hello all- I have spent days working on this and to no avail until I saw this post, including reinstalling windows and all of my programs to trouble shoot this problem. I have a 3 video card setup: 2 Radeon Viis and a GTX1070. After reading through this post, it dawned on me: the AMD and NVIDIA cards/drivers or something to do with them are not working well together with this addon in this version at least for now.
I removed the GTX1070 from the pcie slot and it runs perfectly with my Radeon VII cards. I hope the devs help to resolve this issue.
