Driver for AMD Athlon X2 64 bit Co-Processor
My Presario CQ60-3100AU laptop says that the Co-Processor Driver is not installed.

Unable to find your HP laptop model. But if you have this processor in your laptop:
This particular Athlon x2 doesn't have integrated Graphics. Thus is doesn't require any specific driver. It might need CHIP Set drivers from HP Support.
Seems like your Laptop is very old and not supported by HP since it is using a very old Mobile processor that first came out in 2008.
You need to go to HP Support for your laptop Model and see if they have any updated or last version of the CHIP Set for you laptop.
By any chance, did you upgrade the original Windows OS to a newer version? if so which version?
Check Device Manager and see what has a Yellow Exclamation Mark or Error code and post it here.
