I have the desktop overlay turned off & Relive is not installed.

This is on a completely fresh install of both Windows 10 & 19.1.1

As I do not need them, is there any way to prevent these processes from unnecessarily running all the time?

I delete the amdow.exe in the AMD folder. You can try Autoruns to stop them from starting...sometimes works (you must run it as Administrator)

In case anyone stumbles upon this: You can disable them from starting up in Task Scheduler. They don't seem to be necessary for the drivers to run normally, and additionally things like Radeon Anti Lag will still work provided you've configured a profile for the game previously.
