    AMD Global Customer Care Boot kit request


      It has been almost 17 days since I initiated contact with Customer Care requesting a boot kit and I am still waiting. 9 days ago I received an email that stated that it was being processed and I have received nothing since.  I have lost my patience with this issue as I am already approaching a month trying to get this issue resolved. the ticket is SR #{ticketno:[8200797999]} , I am done waiting for nothing, I am giving this another 24 hours and then I am just returning this processor if I dont get a definitive answer.
