Ryzen 7 1700 - WHEA-Logger "Cache Hierarchy Error"

I habe a strange problem with the following ryzen build in Windows:

- AMD Ryzen 7 1700

- Gigabyte Aorus GA-AX370-Gaming 5 (non "K" Like in my last thread)

- 2x Kingston ValueRAM DIMM 16GB

- Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4

The CPU was replaced, because i had segfault errors in linux (and also crashes in windows).

The temperature is fine, the whole system is on stock settings.

So today in windows the system restarted. The event logger in windows shows the following:

I searched also for other WHEA events. There were about ~150, but correctable errors (warnings):

The strange thing is, that these correctable errors were only on 8.11, 27.10, 24.10, 19.10, 18.10 (109 at this day), 30.9 and 29.9.

When it occurs, it occurs more than once.

In linux i did not checked for some errors yet.

Where could the problem be? Might der be another faulty CPU?

Best regards
