      Hello AMD? Please develop new software.

      Stop your Ryzen Balanced Plan or Ryzen Master Game mode, It's useless.

      Easy Implementation?

      0. Create New Power Plan for 2C4T.

      1. Switch to Balanced or High Performance Plan when CPU usage over 16~18%.

      2. If CPU usage lower than 16%, back to 2C4T Power Plan.
