As the title states, should the UEFI/BIOS of an X399 board have an option for Cool n Quiet?
Or is there a different processor power saving option unique to Threadripper, with a different name?
I don't mean C States.
Ryzen and some earlier AMD processors have the Cool n Quiet feature, so I would imagine it is also available with Threadripper?
I don't own an X399 board, but was asked about this in a conversation, and was told an X399 board owner did not find the Cool n Quiet option in his board's UEFI/BIOS.
