Unigine has come out with a new benchmark Superposition to get the same setup use 1080p Extreme on performance directX setting
Not Amazing but here is mine with my FX 8370 and 16 GB DDR3-1866 Ballistix Ram and Asus ROG Strix RX 580 OC.
Get on my Level. With only 290X:
290X is nothing to sneeze at, it's a very powerful GPU just a little power hungry by today's standards.
I score the same with an R9 290 highly clocked. ^^Which are your clocks, oc?
So I decided to do some minor tweaks to my GPU and RAM New results are not a HUGE difference but defiantly a bump up.
Becomes rather obvious that without a CPU update I am not going to get any staggering scores.
Not really. 2.6K is rather low score for CPU to have any effect. You would need to be 10K+ score to see the CPU effect the score.
here is the scores on the shop pc ( all stock settings)
Going to have to check this out tonight when I get off work. I was tempted to try this on my office computer for laughs but I work for my state and I can't download it ha.
Actually hopped on to my tower and downloaded it, but I click run and nothing happens
Well, I figured out my issue...it was starting minimized and I didn't notice. Man its one of those days.
We all have those days.
Not terrible I suppose.
Not overly familiar with the benchmark, so I'm not sure what is normal for the hardware I have.
My first attempt but defiantly not the last attempt that is for sure.
You can post here with Intel CPU but get that GPU out of this Graphics test.
I agree, similar rules to the 3DMark thread around here for Firestrike/Time Spy scores. I am loving the custom loop on my Vega, max temp during the run of 35C.
Playing around with my overclock in the new case got my score a little higher! On a side note, my 1800X shows as running at base clock (3.6 GHz), but is actually at 4.0 GHz per CPU-z. The new pinnacle ridge UEFI released for my motherboard seems to be causing some benchmarks to see the wrong clock speed.
