I'm very red-green color-blind, and while a number of games provide color-blind modes, a number do not. Is there any way, through the drivers, to change the colors to help me?

Oh, here's my issue: I have a hard time distinguishing color differences in games with muted tones, especially Rainbow Six: Siege. Many games provide in-game color-blind settings, but I was wondering, for games that do not, is there any way, through the drivers/related software, to globally change color settings?
Install 16.11.5 driver and try Radeon settings>Preferences>Radeon additional settings>Display color but i am not sure, that those settings can affect on full screen 3D applications.
