File is maybe on another drive/corrupt download..
I get the exact same error... I have many drives, however, I do not have a drive H: Everything seems to work, regardless of this error. You guys really need to work on your installer packages, I have done nothing but regularly update whenever there is a new beta release. I even completely erased all AMD related drivers, folders, and registry entries when the first Crimson driver package came out.

I thought I remembered something like this. See if this helps.
I got the same message "There is no disk in drive. Please insert disk into drive H"
The letter H on my windows 10 was assigned to a removable SD/Min-MMC memory slot.
I change the drive letter as suggested using disk management, I assigned the letter L instead of H.
I rebooted and did not see the message after that. I'll keep an eye to see if the message appears for the new letter, but I have not see it so far.
It looks to me that something is wrong on the Radeon Software Crimson Edition level setting when it is looking for drive H.
I have currently level 16.8.2, but the same was happening before with previous releases.
I was able to resolve this problem by disabling the auto launch of plays.tv which is a related program. After disabling both the auto launch when Windows starts and the auto launch when playing a game, the error message no longer came up when restarting the system (my settings/preferences changed from automatic are General - Game Play Recording Option - off and unchecked the box Launch Plays.tv client when Windows starts under Client), . I also disabled it from the startup and removed it from the system tray. Recordings through plays.tv can always be manually launched if wanted. There are other tips at Playstv.exe - No Disk : techsupport where others have done variations on this solution and have had success in stopping the error message. On occasion, I have to go back and disable it after an AMD update, but this is not frequent. This has been the best solution for me.
Hope this helps.
