Each time my PC boots up I get the following image. Do you know how to stop this happening please?

I am running:

Radeon Software version: 16.3.2 Crimson

Windows 10 (64 bit)

Hardware: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (enabled)

It didn't always happen so it might be linked to a recent Radeon software upgrade?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
