set default graphics card

I have an HP DV6 notebook which comes with dual graphics cards. One is an Intel HD Graphics 3000 and the other is a Radeon HD 7400m. Since upgrading to Windows 10 there has been a huge delay when starting up the computer either from power off or from sleep. I believe I have narrowed the problem down to the graphics and I have since updated all of my Radeon and Catalyst drivers. When I went to update my Intel drivers I found that Windows 10 is not supported, which looks likely to be the cause of the issue.

So my questions is: Can I set the Radeon card to be the default for Windows, gaming, multimedia etc?
