Windows 10 Eyefinity - Start Button Expands on Wrong Screen

So I installed the Windows 10 Pro update last night (updated from Windows 7 Pro) in addition to installing the new AMD 15.7.1 Windows 10 GPU drivers. I run three monitors in Eyefinity at a resolution of 5760x1080 (before bezel correction).

In the past, CCC has been able to place the task bar and start menu on the center screen, which it still does in Windows 10 with the 15.7.1 driver. The problem is that when I click on the Start button, the menu expands on the right-most screen as opposed to the center screen. This was not a problem with Windows 7 and the 15.7 drivers where the Start menu would appropriately and correctly expand on the center screen.

Is anybody else having this issue in Eyefinity? Has anybody found a fix?
