Driver Version: 15.200.1062.1002

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit Clean install.

I've done all the usual troubleshooting, the only thing that let Windows 10 run smoothly is disabling the latest driver in Device manager in Safe mode of Windows 10, otherwise during Windows 10 normal boot, all I would get is a Black screen with a mouse pointer. I definitely believe it to be the driver, because when it's disabled in safe mode, I restart and it boots straight into the login screen with no issues at all. When i re-enable it after logging in, it will crash all Windows, you can click a tab, but it won't display any explorer/App windows. So the only fix thus far is to run Windows 10 with ATi drivers disabled in device manager.

Has anyone had the same issue or found a fix, even though I doubt it would be fixed until AMD release their next update.

EDIT: Ended up installing without Catalyst, It's better than nothing at the moment.
