It could be that the preset profile in CCC is "forcing" anti-aliasing which you can override with a custom 3D Application Profile for Minecraft.
The only thing is being aware of which launcher it is that you are using. Your screenshots look like Vanilla Minecraft so you would just need to locate the .exe file which it is running from (not the launcher itself). In the screenshot you sent you can see a + Add button. Click this and locate the .exe file. At that time you can save the profile with the current settings you have selected (the "hidden" profile might have different settings) and once you have "Saved" this it will use those settings (using the application settings vs "forced" anti-aliasing) the next time you run the game.
