Dear all, on my omen 16-c0004sl, AMD Smartshift is not working 99% of the time...
There are times when it works for a few seconds when I open Fortnite, Minecraft...
My computer is always at 0% and works for few seconds with some games, so I substituted it with Amazon wondering if it was a problem with that computer.
Even though I have good frame rates in my games, I would have appreciated if AMD smart technology was available as well since I have a Ryzen 5800h CPU and Radeon RX 6600M GPU from AMD. I believe Smart Access is activated by AMD Radeon software.
Besides downloading the drivers from AMD's website instead of the manufacturer's, I also tried downloading them from the AMD website.
Are there any other users with the same problem or do you know what the problem could be?
