The RX5600 has a problem

After a while, RX 5600 XT disables itself in gaming (Dota 2, Valiant, and others). After reinstalling Windows twice, updating Graphic Drivers, checking the cable, and checking the monitor, I have already reinstalled Windows twice
In the post, someone with the EXACT SAME monitor has the "Out of Range" problem as me, but after posting it works.
Is there anyone who can help me? Do you have any suggestions for solutions?
