Ryzen 7950x3d² (or Ryzen 7951x3d).
Difference: Extra cache on BOTH chiplets! I would buy that one right away (well, would be a complete machine upgrade...).
Benchmarks of various sites show: Not only gaming, MY SPECIFIC MAIN WORKLOAD looooves that extra cache, with improvements of up to 20% even though the clock speed is a bit lower than on the other eight cores. For example av1 encoding and various other things I often run.
Ad soon as you give us a Ryzen 9 7950 with 3d cache on BOTH CCDs I will upgrade from my current Ryzen 5950...
