Built to commemorate RDNA2, AM4 and 6000 series GPU's prior to the launch of the new 7000 series and RDNA 3. "Sunset" features an AMD 5950x Processor, RX 6950XT Graphics Card in a fully liquid cooled system paired with -dual- 240mm radiators in an ASUS ROG Z-11 Mini-ITX chassis. EKWB ZMT Tubing was used to tie in the top radiator and back to the distro-plate. Color matching the theme Red/Black with Team Red was a priority with custom cables from CableMod, and red coolant. IMG_2235.JPGHello all. This AMD build is designed for work, streaming, gaming, benchmarking, 3d making, plasma cutting, virtual reality and some of those things at the same time. This was a make it up as you go build but ideas come quick once you start going. I wanted to build my own case for this build, so I used 3/4" copper pipe and whole bunch of fittings. Since I was not planning to run water through all the case piping, I liquid bonded it all instead of soldering.  I bought some interior wood paneling and used it as base and backboard. I cut out for the fans so they would sit flush, and the radiators would sit on the backside, not visible.  I mounted the PSU on the bottom of the case and added a raspberry pi and 7" screen to hide the PSU. Plus, it gave me more usb ports because it's a home-built case.  I put in a classic car water temp gauge with sender. Was trying to get one in C but couldn't match one up right with the case so F will have to do. With the classic look of the case, I didn't want to LED it all over. Just wouldn't look right IMO. I added 4 light sockets at the top of the case. The two back 12v sockets are wired through the valve switch with larger LED bulbs. The two front 3v sockets are wired through the knife switch and being powered by a sterling engine generator. Toys in my bigger toy! lol I tried to do clean piping and some good wire management for final touchups. The whole build start to finish was about 40hrs total. Hope you enjoy it!

1.jpgThis rig started in December 2021 when I won a CPU from Intel, and it took me until Nov 3rd, 2022 to finally build. It may not be the flashiest build, but after all of the stepbacks I faced to get here, we persevered. My solo gaming rig is a labour of love and necessity. Having changed the case because the AIO didn't fit, and then sawed off a screw to get a SATA cable in. Finding out one of my RAM sticks died, and playing musical-SATA-cables to get my boot disk to work. I've kept it minimalistic inside because it is more of an achievement for me. Something I am proud to have finished, and even though the brain of it might be Blue, I made sure the heart that went into it was Red!

Zeon.jpgZEON is my creative machine, I make music, and also play games when wanting to relax.

I've always loved robots, mechas, transformers, and the color red.

It took 2 attempts to get this Gundam Zaku II build the way I wanted it; the original ("Zaku II") had a smaller case with an RX 5600 and at some point I managed to get my hands on the Zaku II themed GTX 1660 Super, but I wanted my Ryzen 9 5950X to be paired with an equally powerful GPU, so I was crazy excited when I found a liquid cooled RX 6900xt, so then I had to take it all apart (mostly) and started to look for a larger case, extra parts, stickers, accessories, and some other goodies to compliment the look.

The result is a lot more elegant, quieter, and as intended, overall, more powerful machine to last me many years, and I confess, sometimes I just turn it on to look at it 🙂

I picked every single part very carefully to match the build, trying to reduce complexity and clutter, and achieve a unified look. I hope you like it too!

Sorry, Not trying to spam, but I needed to resubmit per rules.  I added a few more pictures.

I wanted to start using my gear to crunch for science.  I built a 3 rig, all water-cooled, system to BOINC all day and night.  the stand is made out of pine 2x4s and I bolted an old rack I had to the top.  The cooling consists of 4 MORA's (2 pro and 2 core) 2 reservoirs, and 2 D5 Pumps.  All rigs are piped in parallel and all blocks are piped in parallel.  With all rigs BOINCing I can still maintain a 3-4 degree delta (with max fan and pump).  The rigs include 3 5950x, 2 6800xt, 1 6900xt and a nice comfy spot for a 7900xt come November 3rd!

3febd514e7_l.jpg                                           Meet Maximum Overkill

I built this pc because i wanted a outrageously built water cooled rig!

It's been threw many changes and about to go threw another but one thing is always the same

Ive always used AMD parts in all my rigs ....GGGOOOO AMD

I use this rig for gaming, recording music , home videos and picture creations .. all kinds of geek things from tightly tuning ram timings to overclocking everything to make this thing a one of a kind cool running beast of a machine!

I am extremally happy with this build.. its been touch and go a few times with the ram situation but its all straightened out now .... what makes it special to me ..well when i built this pc it wuz the best i could get from AMD and it makes me proud to show it off and i dont even care if people call me a AMD fan boy cuz all i can say to to that is Hells Ya I AM!!!

this build is going to go threw a big case mod soon using what i got and old case parts and a welder... lol.. things will get interesting..lol...

Stillo1946_2.jpgGuys this is my pride and joy..I was stupid and bought the rig at Aaron's and it only came with the skytech keyboard and a cheap 24 inch monitor with 1 8gb stick of some cheap ram and a pny single fan 1650 super graphics card it literally had the basics and I paid a little more than 2 grand for this...since then I have upgraded everything I bout 2 brand new curved monitors and new keyboard I bought a xfx rx580 graphics card and new ram I did alot to my rig..I just recently got a new motherboard a new cooler fan and more ram along with a better mic!...so far I've prob put in close to 4 thousand dollars into this and I haven't upgraded my 500gb sad yet...mind you I have to delete games just to download games and with me working to provide as a single parent it's tough!...I think with everything I've paid to make my rig somewhat decent I deserve a little break...so guys this would mean so much to me to win this competition!...I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan war I do help out with wounded warrior project and I try to give back as much as I can!..so this would mean so much to me!...I appreciate all of you skytech especially for giving us this opportunity to get better!..thank you guys much love to all!..Alex
