If I am unselecting the "Visible to Camera" option under object properties, the object is no longer visible to my camera. This is intended, however, the object is no longer casting/receiving shadows or reflecting/refracting light, as if it were still there. Is this the intended outcome of enabling/disabling "Visible to Camera" under the object properties?
Is there a workaround or a proper way of doing this?
My intention is to have a backdrop reflecting/refracting light around the subject but also have a transparent background so that only the subject is rendered.
This is my first time using ProRender, so I am sure I can do something that will work like I need it to.
