Cant enable Prorender 3.1.0 in Blender 2.93 LTS

Hi,

I can't seem to enable Prorender on my Macbook Pro Blender 2.93 LTS.  I've downloaded the most recent release.  It installs fine but wont let me enable it.  Here's a screenshot of the error window that pops up.  Any help would be great.  I'm running a Macbook Pro 2018 with Radeon Pro Vega 16 4 GB
