what does A6 AMD processor mean is it similar to an intel i7
i went to my local store came across a hp pavilion not sure of year of manufacture found it had the following specs am not so sure if it will work for me particularly in rendering using blender archicard ,slight gaming before purchasing a graphics card what of the cores wondering is an A6 pricessor similar to an i7
mingd you the Radeon R5 graphics card is an APU

A6 is just the model series. In the current hierarchy it means it's weak, suitable only for Facebook and very casual games. I'd advise against it for Blender and other such programs.

The particular APU in the photo is the A6-8550 which is from 2015. It is dual core, and probably about as good as an i3-3250.
