Manufacturing defects on Ryzen 7 5700G APUs? First two have been defective

Have there been any reported runs of manufacturing defects in the Ryzen 7 5700G APUs?

I am now RMA'ing my second defective 5700G APU in a row. I'm trying to build a system around this chip, but the first one crashed my system during driver install, and its replacement did as well.

Did AMD Support verified the first APU was defective?

Since both has the same exact issue it seems like it might be something to do with your PC unless AMD did say the first APU was defective.
