No!. There are no specific CPU Drivers to download or install. The Processor that has drivers are APU (CPU with integrated Graphics) for the Graphics part of the processor.
Those drivers you see, in Device Manager, are "Special" drivers installed by the Windows OS. You can't update those drivers. Possibly the only way to update them is by upgrading Windows to a newer version.
