You better download from Gigabyte site then, i think. . .
Maybe they did a typo, maybe it is server error.

Here is Gigabyte Support Download page for your Motherboard's BIOS: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320M-DS2-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios

If your BIOS is older then F40e Please follow the RED INSTRUCTIONS.

In the future it is best to go here to update your drivers to your Motherboard. less chance of installing the wrong driver.

Before recommending anything, which CPU do you have? Ryzen 3 doesn't say much.

Save BIOS to USB stick

Set BIOS to default settings, save and exit, restart. Then go to BIOS and flash it from USB stick. Notice that you can not quit the update while it's happening, nor unplug computer or anything like that, or it will be toast. After installation fTPM is enabled and Windows might do some configurations by itself which can take a while.

EDIT: Also notice that earlier BIOS version already states "Update AMD Chipset Driver 18.50.16.01 or later version before update this BIOS. " So make sure you have done that.

EDIT2: Site seems to lag as I didn't see that message from elstaci when posting this. I also seem to encounter issues with reCAPTCHA or whatever.
