hello Dear,

i bought new MSI A320 Bazooka motherboard & Ryzen 3 2200G from amazon. When i assemble pc and start to install windows 10. When windows is starting installation, a blue screen error massage coming. i tried many times but i can't install win 10.

And i have another one motherboard GA-Ab350m Gaming 3. Same problem is there. i have A8-9600 processor this processor is working well in these two motherboard. i have update bios

Here is my pc component:

Motherboard: MSI A320 BAZOOKA / GA-AB350M GAMING-3

CPU: RYZEN 3 2200G

RAM: CRUCIAL DDR4 2400mah

PSU: COOLERMASTER 460W

HDD: WD 500GB

I believe your problem is you have installed incompatible RAM MEMORY at least for the Gigabyte Motherboard.

Tom's Hardware mentions to set BIOS to "Default' and then try installing Windows 10 again.New Build will not install windows 10 SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION error - [Solved] - Systems

Ryzen CPU/APU are very sensitive to the type of RAM MEMORY installed. That is why you must always install RAM MEMORY from the Motherboard's QVL List.
