Hello.

So I have a 5 3600 processor and the temperatures are lower if I am playing a game than I am doing nothing.

While I play a game I get around 60°.

If I am not in a game it spikes from 50 - 76.

What can be the problem?

hi there are similar problems with some GPUs und CPUs it looks like the Ventilation starts under heavy applications so i find out that adrenalin is very quite so i use to manage the ventilation manually to run always by using the diagrams start 10% ventilation by 0 degrees and like that to avoid this high temperature issue and i used the same on bios for the cpu like 5950x and 5900x . and there is much more than this but i got no information about your system

So how can I make my fan work "manually"?

you should be able to enter the bios for cpu and the GPU on the adrenalin software under Power management
