Heya Everyone,
i have just recently finished building my pc with the following components
WINDOWS 10 PRO x64
AMD RYZEN 5900X
ASUS TUF X570 GAMING PLUS WIFI (2812 BIOS BETA)
5700XT SAPPHIRE NITRO PLUS
CORSAIR PRO VENGEANCE 3200 64 GB 4 STICKS 16 GB
THERMALTAKE 850 GOLD PLUS
SAMSUNG NVME BOOT DRIVE 970 EVO PLUS 500 GB
SATA SP A55 500 GB
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
Installed on 19/11/2020
OS build 19042.630
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0
Now after installing all of these parts
windows starts to stutter most of the time, which i have no reason why do so ... however just to note out that my DRAM Bios is not posting while setting the RAM at 3200MHZ so i had to drop it to 3000MHZ in order for it to post and run, hence the bios identifies the RAM as 2133MHZ ....
I have installed all the latest drivers, and yet same issue.
so i hope if anyone has an idea how to solve this issue if windows stuttering (tried it on games too)
UPDATE: Changed the FCLK to 1600MHz AND Changed the MCLK to 3200MHz
yet still some stutter on windows from time to time
