I want to build a pc whit Ryzen 9 5900x whit rx 6900 xt and i need to choosed between these 2 RAMs
Option 1: 32GB RAM (4x8 GB) whit 4000 mhz
Option 2 : 32 GB RAM (4x8 GB) whit 4400 mhz
I just find on the internet that 3600 mhz is the best for AMD but is it compatible whit 4000/4400 mhz ?
Its just not for gaming. A little bit video and photoshop editing.

Depends on your motherboard's specs concerning RAM speeds and the Motherboard's QVL list for the 5000 series processors if it supports XMP-2 (Overclocking) the RAM to 4000Mhz or higher and if your RAM Part number is listed or not.
The QVL List will also show how many DIMM Slots your RAM Part number is compatible with. Some RAM only 2 DIMM slots are compatible while other Ram part number 4 DIMM slots are compatible.
If not listed on the QVL List than go the RAM manufacturer and see if your Motherboard is listed under its QVL list.
Most latest High end Motherboard supports speeds greater than 3800Mhz using XMP. But like I mentioned it depends on your RAM Part Number and the QVL List for your motherboard for RAM for the 5000 series processors.

Thanks for the information. I never heard of QVL. I found the QVL list for the asus B550 F gaming Mainboard.
you want a 1:1 fclk .. and you'd have a real good chip IF it could do 2000 fclk
You'd be better suited with 3600 with tighter timings .. CAS14 would be great but expensive, CAS16 stuff would be ok too
I run 2 x 16GB RGB HyperX Predator 3200 CAS16 stuff at 3800 CAS18 1.390v with 1:1 fclk with my 5900x.
My daughter runs her 2 x 16GB 3200 CAS16 kit at 3600 CAS16 1.85v with her 5800x
I've tried a 5600x, 5800x, and now a 5900x with a 2000 fclk/4000 RAM and I'd get slight audio crackles on an x570 Taichi
IF you are into tinkering, then you could get the 4000 rated kit and see if you have a good enough IMC on your Ryzen 5900x to run a 2000 fclk (Infinity Fabric).. IF you do, super .. IF you don't, then you could slow the RAM down to 3800 or whatever stable fclk frequency you can run .. and then just work on tightening up the Timings on your RAM kit to essentially net the same performance
