Where to find Voltage Limits by AMD?

This is more of a general question.
How do people come up with Limits about Voltages? For example DDR Voltage oder CPU Voltage? Where do i find that information? I was looking around but this all seems to be pretty much "hidden"?
Is there any official pdf or something i can check out to see "healthy" limits?

The official response is leave it on auto/default and don't worry about it.

Are you asking because you're thinking of changing it?

In the age of the common undervolting practice, upper limits got slightly forgotten.

 

Some memory vendors do state the max safe while CPU vendors dont, leaving this for skilled OCers to find out.

 

Seen some LN2 9800X3D records with 1.6/1.7v but If we talk about everyday tinkering, keep it under 1.4/1.5v

 

What are your intentions?
