where can i find ryzen 5 2500x (only processor) to buy?

im making an entry lvl bild and i need a four core am4 processor and the first gen heaving low clock's there is anyone who selling only the processor ryzen 5 2500x?

hellhunder, order YD250XBBM4KAF.  That should be OPN TRAY - with no thermal solution, PIB would be Processor in a Box.  See here for all Ryzens.  Enjoy, John.

That Processor is considered to be "OEM/TRAY" so normally it wouldn't be sold in Retail stores or online.

But one User in Europe, was able to purchase its the sister OEM Ryzen 5 2300X processor in his native country of Bulgaria according to this recent AMD Thread: https://community.amd.com/message/2908062?commentID=2908062#comment-2908062?q=ryzen%205%202500x 

Plus I would contact your Motherboard's Support and open a Ticket to see if the OEM Processor, if you should be able to purchase one, will work with the your Motherboard's BIOS version.
