Hello, I have an athlon 3000g with 4gb of ram and an A-320M A Promax motherboard with windows 10x64, my problem is that when I turn on the computer you see the bios and then the windows icon loading, then it restarts, and you see the bios and the windows logo back and everything starts normally; that's how I always start it. Why is this happening? Is it something I should be concerned about? I have an hdmi to vga adapter connected, can it be through the adapter? please I need answers, I need to know if it is something bad or if it hurts the computer (it is a new computer), or if it is normal many thanks
