I was having these numerous issues several times an hour and I started to get fed up. Upon some research I tried a lot of things to find the fix but I found the solution to be changing your infinity fabric clock speed from "Auto" to what half your ram speed is. For example my ram was 3600mhz so therefore id set the IFC to 1800mhz. I hope this fix works for everyone else and I'm happy to share my findings.
