If you bought that AMD APU less than 3 years ago it is still under AMD's Warranty.
AMD Warranty for Retail Box processors is 3 years. So if you purchased that APU longer than 3 years ago it has no more warranty on it.
What date does your Receipt show as the date of purchase?
