Virtualization (SVM) causes a decrease in frequency of RAM and CPU
Hello,
After turning on CPU Virtualization in Bios, I noticed that the CPU and RAM frequency decreased - CPU from 3.9GHz to 3.8GHz, and RAM from 3200MHz to 3133MHz (fluctuates +-10MHz during operation).
Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it because of buggy bios or something else?
SVM Disabled in bios resulting in rock stable frequencies and peak performance

More people seem to have the same problem. It is related to Hyper-V. Happens whenever it is enabled in windows...
