Virtualisation enabled in bios but still not enabled in windows

Hello,
so their is the statement: i have an ryzen 7 5800 on mother board B550 gigabyte with Windows 11pro, i enabled the "Support SVM" save an quit.

But if i'll check it on windows in processus board it still being disable.

So now i dont where is the problem, i need it for instal AMD-V for then install bluestack10.

Someone have had same problem in the past? could maybe help me pls?

EDIT: Please run CPU-Z and post a screenshot.

ginji, you are correct it is disabled. If you can take a screenshot in BIOS please do take one showing the state of the Virtualization. Otherwise take a picture of the BIOS screen with your phone and post it here. Thanks and enjoy, John.
