time to withstand
Hi,
I had designed a system using Spartan XC7s100-1FGGA484I for the source had used DC-to-DC converter ADP5014ACPZ-R7. The VCCBRAM for which is needed 1.0v according to the datasheet the maximum voltage at this pin 1.05V(during nominal). In the simulation of ADP5014. I am getting overshoot of 1.2V maximum at a period of 0.4milli sec then it is settled to 1.02v. Can this overshoot period won't cause any problems (I couldn't find the overshoot maximum extended time period in the datasheet). I have attached my overshoot pic will this time period the FPGA can withstand...?
