From AMD Support about the Recommended CPU Coolers for ThreadRipper processors. The page has been updated to include the new 7000 series ThreadRippers: https://www.amd.com/en/thermal-solutions-threadripper
That is one hot running processor with a TDP Rating of 350 Watts with a Maximum Operating Temperature of 95c.
I suggest you open Support Tickets with the manufacturer of the CPU Cooler listed in the Recommended list and see if or when they will come out with a sTR5 Kits.
NOTE: Don't know if this is the webpage you were referring too but it mentions in the near future CPU Cooler manufacturers will be coming out with compatible sTR5 Motherboard.
EDIT: Noctua does have a sTR5 Kit that is sells for their compatible AM4/5 and TR socket coolers: https://noctua.at/en/nm-tr5-sp6-mounting-kit
NOTE: If your sTR5 Processor didn't come with the TR4 Bracket I suggest you open a AMD Warranty Ticket and see if AMD will send you the missing bracket: https://www.amd.com/en/registration/warranty-services-portal.html
