Can someone directly from AMD confirm post-release announcement that Threadripper 2 (all SKUs - 2920X, 2950X, 2970WX and 2990WX) are not vulnerable to Spectre? And that this is fixed due the on-chip hardware being changed and not simply an OS/Firmware update? To be honest, this should probably be posted somewhere on the main site so that someone using a search engine for "Threadripper 2 Spectre" will immediately get a hit for an authoritative article on AMD's site itself.
